getting Education Classroom License seems impossible - no reply since signing license agreement more than 4 months ago

Hello, I am looking for help in receiving educational classroom licenses.

We have signed a license agreement and sent it by email four months ago, but have not received a reply yet. The E-Mail body, that contained the license agreement said "Attached please find a non-commercial software license agreement. Please be so kind as to send me a scan of the signed copy and I will then forward you the license key for 100 licenses."

After some waiting, we got a student license for 24 months. We got no response trying to tell enscape, that we did not want a student license but education classroom licenses.

I sent the license agreement again two months ago but still did not receive a reply.

I am writing here as a last resort, since writing per email does not seem to be very effective.

I have just received my license per email. Weird coincidence, if this post didn’t have anything to do with it.

Welcome to our Forum.

I am sorry you had to wait so long - No reason in telling if it wasn’t the case but it did seem to simply be a coincidence, as we were also experiencing unusually high traffic when it came to student and especially tutor requests coming in, so the waiting time for a license increased, by quite a bit in some cases like this one.

In any case, if you ever have any questions regarding Enscape, just let me know. :slight_smile: I can also just rename your username if you ever decide to become more active in the Forum as well.
