Hi I sent Enscape license extension request via email to educational@enscape3d.com and got Helen reply at 19/3/2021. She remind me just sent email notification to her a few weeks before expiry date. Because our license be expired on 27/8/2021. And then I sent many emails to Helen for follow up but nothing receive feedback! Then I’m no other choice, I also apply as new application, even fill in necessary information. But nothing happen!
I also post inquiry at Enscape forum two times got case no.: 00867412 and 0083573. But case still not yet be solved.
I also check spam email box and no email received from Enscape. What I can do? As Semester already start, Lecturers/students compliance for no Enscape software can use at computer lab.! It will great affect to their teaching / educational class.
Simple request: We just need renew Enscape for Classroom license. Please help!

Thanks for your help! I just got Enscape Education team reply at the same day and provide us license extension by one year. However, I’m also request Enscape Education support team (already request at previous email) to amend my name and email address which show on license manage page. Because original license applicant already resigned from campus. Would you help for follow up with Enscape Education support team for this request with Thanks.
