Nvidia Quadro K4200 - 4GB not good enough?

Hi,

I tried to use install Enscape on a machine with a 4GB Nvidia Quadro K4200, but it gives a warning that the graphics card is not good enough and it crashes if I try to export screenshots from Revit. However it works perfectly on another machine with an AMD Radeon Pro WX 2100 - 2GB. How could it work better on a GPU with half the RAM? Both are DDR5 and GPU comparison websites show that the Nvidia card is better in most aspects, the only negative the Nvidia card has is it’s age.

Any thoughts?

Hey @RyanLymer , Enscape should actually work with the Nvidia Quadro K4200.

So in order to get behind this problem, could you please send us Feedback using the [Feedback] button in the Enscape context menu? Please make sure that ‘Include Logfiles into feedback’ is checked in the Enscape Feedback window and add your forum name or some other reference as well, so we may connect the provided data to this post. This way, we should get all the information necessary to identify the cause of these issues.
