The worst part of this is that for a lot of people, this reflects badly on Chaosgroup, or rather Vray. Some people don't see the distinction between a 3rd party plugin, and a plugin for that plugin.

Autograss can't loaded with Vray 2. I can't find any forum or link on happy digital web site to know if they have plan a free or payed update.

I did get an e-mail after a week or so. They apologized for the delay, but they are working through tons of support issues. They also are working on a new build that might fix the madness.

keep in mind that happy digital is almost a one man show. My local reseller told me so. I think there will be a solution as soon as vray 2.0 is officially released.

I am sure it is rough on him, but that isn't the consumers problem. anyway, I hope they fix it because it is the best, when it works!

Onyx Grass does not come close to what autograss can do. I sure hope Autograss' Happy Digital comes out with a fix for 2.0 soon.

has anybody tried the new Autograss build? I don't want to invest time troubleshooting if people are having the same issues I am having. I have machines not rendering sometimes. I can stop/start and machines that were not working start and other that were working stop.

When you charge around 200 Euros for a plugin (+ extra cash for more more than the first 4 nodes) you should employ another person for support.
software ppl always urges us to pay so that the software be supported. We are right in being displeased.

I simply dont understand why the hell they put an updatet build on their webside without adding a small info about it...is this build vray 2.0 compatible...are theire any news ....etc ?

seems to be very hard to add 1 or 2 lines about it

it is vray 2 compatible. I think they sent all their customers an e-mail, at least that is how I found out.
