i'm a new user but i've made some interesting material that i can offer
i dont know how to render in these form that all of them use..
sorry but i dont speak english very well too huwaehuaw
Download the 'ASGvis Material Studio' from the 'V-Ray Tools and Scripts' from the Downloads section, it will be easy to test materials and make the "correct" screenshots.
I am
Thanks a lot they are really usefull.
Can't wait to see more When I will make my own one's ( I hope that will be soon ) I will upload them here for sure.
thank you for your great materials!
I am a new user of vray and I'm going to learn...at the moment I can't upload any materials but in the future I'd like to do the same to help the other users.
aser thank's a lot more power to you dude, nway i'm a filipino (philippine national) currently exploring the world of 3d and then i came up with rendering, i found it hard to understand those redundant sound tools to me, i hope will be open for helping me...
Hey, could anyone help me with a specific material? What I am looking for is realistic glass (for windows), yet without transparency. You see, I'm modeling just the exterior of a building and therefore there is no necessity to see inside of it as it is empty there. Any ideas?
elo! thanks for the materials... i'm new in the world of rendering, i'm just a sketchup user and starting to learn vray... however, i use sketchup for architectural modeling, and when i browse the material library here, i find it insufficient, especially in glass materials.. that's why i tried to convert glass mats (i find in the internet) to glass vismats...
and i want to share it(if you just want to)... but then, i'm not yet satisfied, although it ranges to different colors, the texture is just flat, no variation...unlike the glass block (which is my favorite material in the field of architecture), and i can't find a proper glass block in vismat or mat format... there is one i found in vray-materials.de but when i exported, it doesn't seem to have refraction...
maybe you guys have it, can you please share just a single basic glass block? i don't know how to manipulate the layers in material studio, that's why i depend only in exported vismat materials... thanks...
btw is there a 'request for specific material thread' here? i really wanted to complete just a simple material library for basic architecture (like studded rubber) before practicing to render... thanks!
thanks aser28, but when i render it in the material studio, i think it's the same with the screenshot i posted (column 2, row 5)... i can't see any refraction, it looks like it acted like a mirror block...
