Thanks for the suggestion.
Here are some other problems:
1. It seems that I can't make region renders while IPR is running UNLESS I start the IPR rendering with a region in the first place. Is this being looked at? Sorry if it was already mentioned.
2. IPR refreshes when selecting a Color Correction map. This doesn't happen with the Output map. I've not tested all of the maps so you might want to check them and see if others behave the same way. Is it possible to leave it rendering when selecting maps such as Color Correction and refresh only upon change in the map parameters?
3. The first IPR render that is started is always overexposed. You need to stop the IPR and start it again and then the exposure is correct.
I'm finding that IPR is a lot faster than RT CPU too (tested on an i7 4930k). Maybe about 2 x faster according to my quick tests. So is there a reason to use RT CPU if you use just your local machine? Shame that IPR doesn't support DR... yet.
PS: I just got my first 3.5 beta crash.
I started the IPR and it didn't update the rendering, although my CPU was at working at 100%. I tried hitting the STOP button but it wouldn't work. Then 10-15 sec. later max crashed without a save dialog. The scene was really simple - a very simple room with a wardrobe against the wall, a carpet with Vray Fur and 2 Vray lights. By the way, is this the thread to report any issues with the beta or I should post in the Problems forum?
